The entry

The peppers are grown around Şanlıurfa in southeastern Turkey and cured by alternating sun during the day with sweating under cover at night, which keeps the oils in the flakes. The result tastes closer to dried fruit than to a hot chili, and it is often sold in English simply as Urfa.
