Siamese twin
Chang and Eng Bunker, born in Siam in 1811 and joined at the chest, toured as the Siamese Twins and later settled as farmers in North Carolina. Siam became Thailand in 1939, and the brothers were of Chinese descent, so the label was loose even when it was coined.
