The entry

Senegalite was described in 1976 from the Kouroudiako iron deposit in the Falémé river basin of eastern Senegal, and named for the country of first occurrence. Type material went to the National School of Mines in Paris. It forms clear colorless crystals in cavities in the ironstone.
